1. Returns
Customers may return items within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund. To initiate a return, please email us at info@mereldam.com to request return instructions.
2. Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or an invoice is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are unsuitable for return if their seal, box, or packaging has been broken after delivery, as per European withdrawal rights. Examples include (but are not limited to): hair styling products, tight-fitting clothing, underwear, or opened cosmetics, creams, and oils.
- Products that are custom-made to your specifications or are clearly intended for a specific individual.
4. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 14 business days, depending on the payment method used.
5. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellation
We regret to inform you that cancellations cannot be accepted once an order is placed, as our system is integrated with the carrierβs automated shipping processes.
